Terms and Conditions: Pro-Gear Sports will refund the purchase price of any new non-
custom item purchased within 10 business days of customer reciept of product. ( Minus a 20% Admin
Fee ). Shipping charges will NOT be refunded. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the
customer. If merchandise is used or damaged, it will be returned to customer at their expense and no
refund allowed. Pro-Gear Custom Products and all Riddell Sports products that are made to order, such as custom made football shoulder pads and accessories, and ALL FOOTBALL HELMETS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. A 20% administrative fee will be charged on ALL other return
items PLUS ALL SHIPPING CHARGES. Items shipped with a "No Shipping Charge Offer" and are returned
will incur the original shipping cost to the customer. Please call Pro-Gear Sports for a Return
Authorization Number. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Items that are returned and not accepted will be returned to the customer at their expense. Items will be held for 30 days only, awaiting payment of return shipping. Non payment of return shipping in advance of shipment will result in item being placed in storage for 30 days. Reasonable attempts to contact the customer will be made and documented. No refund will be made.
Exchange Policy. We will gladly exchange new and undamaged non custom merchandise. The pads CANNOT have been worn or used in a practice or game. Please contact us regarding exchanges. Pro-Gear and Riddell Sports Products that have been custom made are NON-RETURNABLE. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. ALL EXCHANGES MUST HAVE AN EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Order Timeline: Orders Received after 12:00 P.M. EST will be processed the next morning. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday morning. We will do our best to get your order pulled and shipped as soon as possible.
Custom Items: An item is considered to be custom made if it is made to order with your specific request other than size. Some position specific pads are made with our suggested customization and are therefore considered custom pads. Custom pads are not stock items and are built to your specific request.
Closeouts and "Specials" are purchased "as described" and are not subject to refunds or exchanges.
Cancellation of Order: Special made to order custom merchandise cannot be cancelled after production has started. Stock merchandise orders already in transit at time of cancelation will be subject to a 20% Restock / Admin Fee if they are returned. Stock merchandise not shipped may be canceled.
