FootballShoulderPads.Com has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any refund. Orders with Free Shipping offers that are returned will have the original shipping charge deducted from any refund.
Please note, ALL CUSTOM ITEMS are not eligible for a return as these items are made at the request and to the specifications of the ordering customer. If you have any questions regarding a custom item, please call or email CustomerService@progearsports.net for help prior to purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be sent back to the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products which includes custom made shoulder pads and accessories as well as customized football and baseball helmets. LISTED BELOW ARE THE RETURN POLICIES FOR SPECIFIC ITEMS.
- Custom Shoulder Pads are NON RETURNABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. CUSTOM ITEMS CARRY A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. AFTER 48 HOURS YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
- Custom Shoulder Pad Accessories. These carry the same policy as do the shoulder pads.
- Custom Items. An item is considered to be "Custom" if it is made to order with your specific request other than model or size. Custom items are not stocked items. Custom items are made to your specific request at the time of order and ae NON-RETURNABLE.
- Closeouts and "Specials" are purchased "as described" and are not subject to refunds or exchanges.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
